Meet Jacob Faulkner NP-C

Jacob Faulkner is originally from Oklahoma City, OK and moved to the Chattanooga area in 2009. He attended Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee where he completed his  Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree in 2012. Following the completion of nursing school, Jacob worked as a critical care nurse for five years at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In 2015, Jacob graduated with his Master’s of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University with an acute care emphasis to become a nurse practitioner. In 2018, he furthered his education by completing a Post Master's certificate program to become a family nurse practitioner.Jacob has spent the past seven years working in the emergency room and urgent care setting where he has provided care to a wide variety of patients including acute and chronic orthopedic treatment. 

Jacob is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and currently licensed in the state of Tennessee. He is also a preceptor for Southern Adventist’s nurse practitioner program. 

Jacob lives in Apison, TN with his wife and daughter. Jacob and his wife are very involved in their church and love serving the community around them. He serves his church as the worship director and has a passion for playing guitar. Jacob also loves watching sports, kayak fishing, and spending time with his family.
